My Real Estate Background is extensive. I have been full-time in the Real Estate profession since 2002. I have mastered my skills working with Century 21 and now Keller Williams, the fastest Real Estate Company in America. My team and I have sold over 900 homes in Southern California. Having several offices over Orange County, and experience selling in other areas of southern California, I am able to provide quality service to all of the surrounding areas. Prior to becoming a Real Estate professional, I developed my experience in sales, marketing, and negotiating with some very large companies in Southern California. My management experience ranged from Sales Manager to Vice President of Marketing. I am a native of Southern California, born and raised in Montebello. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from USC and won many awards for academic excellence. I played baseball for the Oakland A’s minor league organization, and the major leagues in Mexico.
We had an awesome a positive experience in our long process of purchasing our first home. It wasn’t easy navigating the crazy housing market, but they both definitely made it much easier than it could’ve been. Honesty and integrity are the two words I choose to describe them, and they will fight for you and make the right moves for you. Can’t thank them enough for all of their help. Ron is the tough negotiator we needed in our deals and Sue communicated very well with us and learned very well how my wife and I operated so that she could cater to the way she showed us house. I would highly recommend!!
Ron & Sue Arnold, Halle and the rest of the team were professional, courteous and instrumental in selling our home for the best price, with the least number of headaches. Ron and team, from the initial contact, through close of escrow, guided us through the gauntlet of potential pitfalls. We found them very communicative and provided tons of pertinent information such as market statistics, to what should, and what should not be done to our home, in preparation for sale. They were always available to answer questions or provide status without fail. We took heed at all their recommendations, and we were never led astray. Ron Arnold did everything he stated he would, and we could not have been more pleased with the performance of the entire team.
For the TL; DR (Too Long; Didn’t Read for us older folks) crowd, if you’re looking for a real estate agent who cares about YOU and is a consummate professional you need to talk to the Ron Arnold Team! I wanted to provide a review and hearty recommendation for the Ron Arnold Team. When we decided to sell our home, I started by looking at highly recommended realtors on the review sites like Google, Yelp, etc. One of the best rated was the Ron Arnold Team, so we decided to reach out to him about our desire to sell our home and purchase another. We described our situation with our current home, and the goals our new home should meet, and Ron set up a time to come by. Based on the reviews I’d seen, I had high expectations. In that meeting Ron went above and beyond those high expectations! He came with several binders in hand that supported the determination of the listing price he recommended for our home and listed potential target homes for us to consider. He spent considerable time with us going through the detailed information explaining what price he would recommend pricing our home at with data backing up that recommendation. I work as an engineer for a living, and no significant decisions are made without backing those up with data, and Ron took the same approach to pricing our home. So, my analytical side was pleased, which hasn’t always been my experience in other situations! But actually, more impressive than his skills in analyzing home values was Ron’s genuine concern for my family’s best interests. He put in the time to find out what was important to us in taking on selling and buying another home. In understanding our goals, he was able to further focus on what was important to us. One way this was accomplished was the other team members handling things that we just didn’t have experience with, like staging our home. Here is where Sue (his wife) shines – she came by and walked through our home and provided a list of things (with priorities, so we wouldn’t unnecessarily spend time or money on things that wouldn’t “move the needle” for buyers) that we could do to make a good impression on potential buyers. (Again, these are things research shows are effective in helping sell a home) So we did have a bit of work to do there – clearing some things out so folks could see the positives in our home. Another cool part of this was we didn’t buy a single painting or piece of furniture as part of the staging – Sue has access to items for the staging that were loaned to us. Part of the service, no charge. Another member of the team, Halle, handled all the day to day scheduling for us. There are lots of things that need to come together when you’re selling (and buying) a home and Halle prepared a schedule for us. What was going to be done on what day, what paperwork (DocuSign mostly these days, electronic) needed to go to who, down to when we should have the utilities turned over at our old home and turned on at our new home. This is important these days, as most escrows take a lot less time than they did when we last bought a home. Time flies! She also coordinated open house dates with us and provided feedback from potential buyers on what they liked or didn’t like about our home. One other thing I wanted to touch on was after we were in escrow on both homes how the Ron Arnold team helped us handle those “curve balls” that came our way. We had one on the selling side and another on the buying side. On the selling side, there was one particular issue that without Ron’s quick response, good advice to us, and connections, would likely have resulted in our house falling out of escrow. On the buying side, we had a very particular lender who required multiple inspections at our new home, and Ron’s relationship with the selling agent (another agency, but they’d both sold homes in the area) was key to reassuring the sellers. So, bottom line, Ron, Sue, Halle and the Ron Arnold Team should be on your short list if you’re looking for a realtor!
