By signing up, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.3) Account Creation and Free TrialWhen you sign up for a free trial, you may access certain features at no cost for a limited time. No credit card is required to begin the trial. Upon expiration of the trial period, continued access to premium features requires a paid subscription. You are responsible for ensuring that your subscription is active if you wish to avoid service interruption.4) Subscription and BillingAll payments are processed securely via a third-party payment processor. By upgrading to a paid plan, you authorize LynkMe Smart Cards to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation.5) Trial Expiration and DeactivationIf you do not upgrade by the end of your trial period, your digital card and related Services may be deactivated without notice. Reactivation may require a paid subscription.6) Website ContentAll content on the Website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, images, downloads, and software—is owned by LynkMe Smart Cards or its licensors and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.7) User ConductYou agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to:Impersonating another person or entityUploading offensive or illegal contentInterfering with the system integrity or securityUsing the Services for unauthorized or unlawful purposes8) Product InformationWhile we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Website is accurate, complete, or error-free.9) Shipping and Delivery (Physical Products)For physical products, LynkMe Smart Cards will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship orders promptly. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.10) Returns and RefundsReturn and refund eligibility is determined according to our Return Policy published on the Website. Any physical product must be returned in original condition.
