Mel is THE BEST REALTOR in Southern California!!! She's truly amazing! We've worked with her twice now, selling my husband's home (4 days); & my Mom and Dad's home (3 days)!!! We sold both homes to qualified buyers and have not had any problems. In addition, Mel personally helped me to clean out my parent's home where they had lived for 52 years! Needless to say, there was a LOT of stuff to do through. Mel cleaned out two bedrooms by herself-which took about 8 hours each!! To say that she really goes above and beyond is actually not enough!!!
