Kerry was amazing to work with. She was knowledgable, and gave us excellent, and honest advise when negotiation both the price, and credits back from the seller in the purchase process. We were first time home buyers, dealing with a contentious rental situation due to mold and plumbing issues so we needed out fast. Kerry not only jumped thru hoops to meet us quickly, and responded efficiently, but also gave excellent advice from her expertise in property management on how to navigate our move and lease termination. She really is a 2 for 1 agent! I know when we eventually turn our home into a rental, Kerry will be who we call to manage it for us.

Kerry helped me to find the right house, negotiate with the seller's party, close the escrow and complete the whole thing within 3 weeks !!! You can’t beat that. I bought the house as an investment, therefore Kerry gave me the tips that we should be looking for such as the potential rental and resale value, the area that we should be looking for, how much work has to be done before the house is listed for rent etc... She was very patient with my requests while looking for the right house. Also negotiated very well to have our offer to be accepted. I am glad I have Kerry as my property adviser.
