Tldr: Absolutely amazing man to work with. Constantly on top of any questions or information I asked and made the entire process go smoothly and effectively however he could. I had worked with Josiah a few years ago, and while that purchase fell through, Josiah was always there to help me however he could throughout the process. This time he made the process go very smoothly by not only giving me all the information I needed but going above and beyond by having the knowledge and experience to make sound recommendations for options and other professionals to help through the purchase process, taking a great load of stress off of myself knowing he always made sound judgement calls when asked. He was polite and professional in everything he did and made the entire experience not only easier but more enjoyable than I have had with other realtors I have dealt with in the past.
