Mr. Fred Howard's class was very informative, easy to follow along, and he made learning fun vs. reading straight from a dry book. He always answered any questions and gave useful advice with real world experience that you won't get from a book. If you prefer in-class learning, I highly recommend Mr. Howard's class!!

Mr. Fredrick Howard is THAT guy. Mr. Fred made my experience and introduction to real estate one of a kind. Not only is he one of the most positive, genuine, talented, and insightful educators on earth, but he is one of the few educators/mentors who makes it their mission to set you up for success. Mr. Fred goes through every lesson meticulously and even adds real life examples to better illustrate and explain each situation. I feel confident and well equipped for my real estate career that lies ahead of me because Mr. Fred gave me no other options other than to succeed and thrive. Keller/Williams South Bay is where I completed my real estate course and the instructor was Fred Howard. It was the best choice I could have made! He was open and honest about his career as a realtor. The personal insights he gave made me really want to be a part of this field. Instructor Howard was clear and concise with each lesson plan, and was always available to answer any questions that were asked. Each session he was always on time, and was very patient with the class. I highly recommend anyone wishing to take this course choose Fred Howard and the South Bay office. I'm excited about my chances of getting my license and possibly partnering with Mr. Howard in the near future.
