Before I go into a detailed review, I think any reader looking at Denise's profile should know this first: She is an excellent real estate agent. I've worked with Denise on both sides now, both as a buyer and seller, and she's definitely the recommendation I'd give for anyone needing an agent in the Sacramento area. Our main goal, when selling our house, was to to get about 100K more than the current appraised value. It was a pretty ambitious goal, but Denise was up for the job. In the planning phase, she had a clear-cut plan in her mind. She had absolutely great intuition on when to release the listing, and how to go about marketing the listing. Her intuition on how long to wait, what time of month to list, and what times of week to start showing was masterful. As a result, we walked away making over 100K above the appraised value, and my family is living quite well as a result of this transaction. I also want to add that Denise knows how to photograph a house to maximize market potential, and she has a good network when it comes to finding people that will clean, fix, and paint your house. If you want to get the most from listing your property, you better go with Denise Shanahan. She absolutely knows how to achieve results. She did it for us years ago, when she helped negotiate the deal to buy our house, and she helped us get top dollar when it came time to sell it. Work with this realtor. Period. You'll will definitely benefit as a result.
All I can say is if you listen to Denise your house will sell knowing no stone was left unturned. She counseled us from pre-sale through sale. I do believe she has a crystal ball. She pays close attention to all matters legal and that is especially after the sale... peace of mind. She is our Realtor for life.

When my brother-in-law died unexpectedly, we contacted Denise to sell his house.
