Trish has been amazing! I worked with her long distance to sell my mother's home in Del Cerro. This sale was more than just a listing and showing situation. The home needed to be cleaned out, repaired, painted, landscaped, and staged before being listed! Once sold, items left in the home for staging needed to be shipped to my mother's new home. Trish has extensive knowledge of local vendors to help with all these activities. She made a difficult sale and move simple and very easy for our family! She has been in the Clairemont area for quite a while (she even sponsors my son's youth baseball league) and has a wealth of knowledge to share.
