Toni was great to us and helped us find the right home on the first try! Toni is amazing!! I contacted her on a listing, possibly wanting to buy. A few days later I let her know I was not quite ready to buy. She offered to help me and my Fiance look for a rental, sent me tons of listings and spent a lot of time with me on the phone as we went through options She found us the perfect rental in wood Ranch and we signed the lease today! Toni is the best realtor we have ever had! She is knowledgeable about all aspects of the homebuying process, local area, very responsive (she actually answers her phone when you call unlike other realtors we have worked in the past), and does not play games when it comes to negotiating. I wish we could have Toni for our realtor in Virginia but she did find a great realtor for us. Toni is top notch in the real estate business & you will not be disappointed!
