Terry Karges

Born and raised in Newport Beach, I began my real estate career in the late 80s with iconic developers Jim and Ben Deane of Deane Homes. I later joined First Team Real Estate, becoming Director of Training and creating 'First Team University' for over 2000 agents. As manager of the Anaheim Hills office, I grew our team significantly and earned the 2017 Manager of the Year award. Now, as Regional Manager, I oversee the Anaheim Hills and Corona offices. I am devoted to my family, enjoy playing music, and co-wrote a song featured on Sugar Ray's album. Through charitable work with 'First in our Hearts' and TeamKids, I strive to give back to the community.
