I met Teri about 5 years ago when we were moving to San Diego. My husband and I were looking for a home for our growing family and did not know San Diego real estate at all. We toured several homes looking for the perfect place and each home we toured, Teri went through the all the pros and cons. Teri saved my butt. I was selling my property “as is” at a fair value without a realtor. The buyer had a realtor and the paperwork had some things that didn’t match earlier verbal agreements. I was seeing more things that didn’t look “right.” I almost walked away. However, I was referred to Teri who reviewed the situation in its entirety and provided ideas. With Teri now taking the lead, I felt more confident about the deal moving forward especially now that someone was looking out for me.
