Teri did an excellent job selling my father’s house, especially since I moved him out of state and all paperwork and communications had to be remote. She found someone to clean out his house and someone else to do maintenance work. She set it up, supervised the work and made it easy to pay the contracted workers. She texted, emailed, or called almost every day to give me updates. Teri also knew how to communicate well with my father, a sometimes difficult task. The traits that stood out the most were her efficiency, expertise, and most importantly, her honesty. This home selling experience was exceptional.
