When I first decided to purchase a house I really didn't have any directions. I didn't have any idea where to get started and I saw on Facebook where J Hunter Realty was having a workshop. I decided to sign up to see what this workshop in detail. I was a little frighten because I thought I was in over my head and when Stacy got up to introduce herself, I said OK I'm at the right place. The tone of her voice let me know that I had found the perfect agent and her clients came first and she would make sure to WOW her clients at the end of the day. She was very patient and no matter how many houses we look at she would always say your house is waiting on you. Don't give up. At the end of the day I can't thank Stacy enough for going beyond the call of duty on my behalf. Thank you Stacy and I wish you the very best. Stacy Hobson was incredible!!! I have bought and sold at least 30 homes in my 63 years and Stacy is by FAR the most efficient and responsive. I previously had another Realtor on this very same home for 6 months and they did not even have one showing. they were listed as the #1 realtor...WRONG!!! Stacy Hobson is one of the most effective people I have dealt with in any industry. 1) I was looking for a Realtor to list a home so I went to Zillow's website and left an inquiry for Stacey when I saw her company had a number of sales in the area of the property and I wanted to get answers on what to expect in the sales cycle. 2) Stacey contacted me within minutes (most impressive) to meet, and for her to see the property. 3) After a very positive meeting where Stacey had not only completed a comprehensive sales analysis for the area, she answered all of my questions (and there were several). 4) She said when she listed the property that she would have it sold very quickly ...
