Patrick J. Park

Patrick J. Park, MBA, is a distinguished real estate professional and retired Navy Captain with a remarkable career spanning military service, community involvement, and real estate leadership. A California native, he graduated with honors from USC on a Navy scholarship and earned an MBA as the top graduate of his class. His naval career included tours on aircraft carriers, commanding multiple units, and receiving five Meritorious Service Medals. Transitioning to real estate, Mr. Park has served as President of the La Jolla Real Estate Brokers’ Association and held leadership roles with the San Diego Association of Realtors, earning numerous accolades, including Realtor of the Year. He was a Prudential Franchise owner for nearly three decades, overseeing over $240 million in sales during 2005. A committed community leader, Mr. Park actively serves his church and various organizations alongside his wife, Carol, who runs a travel agency and engages in philanthropic work. Together, they are deeply involved in faith-based and charitable initiatives.
