Hello! I’m Pat Hale, and I’ve called Southern California home my entire life. I grew up in Whittier, just a bit inland. I’m proud to have two sons, three grandchildren, and even two great-grandkids who mean the world to me. While I wish they lived closer, they love the desert lifestyle! I’ve been helping buyers and sellers since 1979, and I moved to Seal Beach in 1997. I truly love working in this charming town that feels like it’s been frozen in time. I have no plans to leave! After spending years at larger real estate firms where connections felt distant, I decided to open my own boutique office in Seal Beach in 2006.
