Louis has been serving Silicon Valley in real estate since 1989 and became a broker in 1997. A native and area specialist in Santa Clara County, he has extensive experience in REO and short sales, working with major lenders. Bilingual in Spanish, he operates his own office, backed by a strong foundation in real estate law, finance, appraisal, and property management. A member of the Santa Clara, California, and National Associations of Realtors, Louis is deeply involved in his community, supporting organizations like the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Toys for Tots, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, mini getaways, running, softball, and snowboarding.
