Kimberly Koll

Growing up in a real estate family spanning two generations, Kimberly Koll discovered her passion for the industry early on and has been excelling in all facets of the business since 2005. With extensive experience supporting hundreds of transactions and working alongside top agents, Kim has developed a deep understanding of the San Diego market, particularly within the Poway Unified School District and the I-15 Corridor. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) and a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP)—as well as the wife of an active-duty military member—she brings both professional expertise and personal insight to serve mature clients and military families alike. A University of San Diego graduate with a degree in communication and urban studies, Kim launched Kimberly Koll Homes in 2017, earning Rookie of the Year honors, followed by the prestigious 40 Under 40 Award in 2020. In 2021, she founded Heritage Homes San Diego, a firm built on personalized service, cutting-edge marketing, and a relational approach to real estate. Outside of work, Kim actively volunteers with her children’s school, Moms in Prayer, and Rady Children’s Hospital, all while enjoying family adventures throughout San Diego’s vibrant community.
