Keith Adler

Keith Adler is a second-generation Angeleno with over 35 years of real estate experience, holding a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from San Diego State University and a real estate license earned in 1986. His early career included roles in investment banking and as Director of Institutional Sales at Countrywide Securities Corporation. In 2009, he founded Pacifico Partners, LLC, where he and his partners acquired, renovated, and sold 72 homes across Los Angeles County, in addition to developing six ground-up properties in Brentwood, Santa Monica, and Pacific Palisades. Keith brings a well-rounded perspective to the table—combining agent expertise with the insight of an owner and developer. Known for his strong communication skills, transparency, and client-first approach, Keith is driven by results and deeply attuned to the evolving housing market.
