Josie is a rock star! In this market we had to look at every eligible home that popped up as soon as possible so we could get first dibs. She went out of her way to accomidate my requests to view properties, and we saw 8-12 properties every weekend for 3 weeks until we tracked down my perfect home. She then coached me on how to submit a successful bid. The result: I got THE house, on my first go-round. She is flexible, prompt, and is amazing about being in touch (even WAY outside of office hours). Her personality suits her profession; she is seriously organized, is permanently calm and positive, and a dynamic negotiator. She treated me with the enthusiasm and attention as if I were her first and only client.

Josie worked tirelessly with my husband and I during the pandemic to find our dream home. We probably viewed 75 homes and she would always tell us to think longterm and to make the best decision for ourselves. She was never pushy and truly had our best interests in mind. She also helped us shop around for a great deal on a mortgage, and had so many contacts that really helped out when we were going through inspections and requests for repairs. Josie also helped us find some free moving boxes and greeted us with a cute bow and bottle of champagne when she gave us our keys. Josie is amazing to work with, responsive, kind, and professional.
