Thank you Jose for helping David and I find the home that we had our heart set on! Our family is so happy and yes we are still settling in after a few months. lol Jose was so patient and attentive with every question no matter what time of day it was. At one point we just wanted to give up, but Jose stood positive and checked back in with us a few weeks later. We went house shopping again and our original home was back on the market. After 2 attempts the 3rd time was the charm. Also his loan Mortgage Manager Ariadne she was so awesome! This process was stressful but they were there every step of the way. He was very responsive throughout the whole process, and even my loan officer expressed how impressed he was by Jose’s speed. Jose was also great at giving us advice when it came to contract negotiations. I believe listening to his advice is what got us the home. In addition, he also connected us with an insurance broker that got us an amazing rate. Jose kept going above and beyond throughout the whole home buying process.
