Excellent service since 1st contact and even after we got the keys. Would recommend with eyes closed. LAURA AND GARY. made sure I felt comfortable with dessions made and they made sure to communicate any changes or issues that needed to be taken care of. They are both patient and caring and that made my family feel like we were in good hands and trusted them with their suggestions. We finally got the home we wanted and honestly I don't think I would do this whole buying a house experience with out Laura and Gary and the entire team.
actual potential homes that I can view and possibly apply for, but they where able to make great use of my time I was having to set aside from life and work to search for a home rental. Being able to schedule multiple viewings in a day so that I was viewing as many options as possible was beyond helpful. They were on top of it because as anyone knows when applying for a home, those anxious days it takes to find out if you are approved and offered the rental can be nerve racking. Especially when on a time crunch they where prompt and advocated for the process the move along so that others who where applying for it didn't delay the process as the owner was making a decision. Laura and Gary where there for me from the beginning when viewing and where so kind and understanding but they where there helping to inspect the entire home before signing the final lease and walk through inspection to make sure I didn't miss anything that may had been damaged, so that I wouldn't be responsible for it when moving out. I didn't feel alone not once. I want to thank you both for helping me. When it is time to purchase my first home, I most definitely will be working with you too. Power team!

I am incredibly pleased with the service I received from Team Alderete. Laura and Gary demonstrated immense patience and understanding of my situation.
