This was our first time buying a house, and Felix did a great job finding the perfect house for us. I felt bad calling him all hours in the morning and night whenever I had a question—i get impatient like that— but he always answered patiently and was very conscientious about making sure we were fully informed about the process. He really went the extra mile to get us the best deal possible. I really feel like we had an expert advocate on our side through the whole process. I don’t plan on buying another house for a while, but next time I do I will be using Felix for sure!
