We always wanted to buy a home and one of the things that kept us from it was the complexity of the whole process. But we decided to start looking seriously Fall of 2019. I did some initial research and realized I needed help with a few things - make sure the home is worth buying (no home is perfect and there is always some issue, question is, is that something you can fix or live with) and whats a fair offering price (and consequently when to walk away). Bibiana helped us on both these accounts apart from help in navigating the paperwork. She is easy to work with, is available and never rushes, has the knowledge and experience to point out potential problems and what you could do now. I would highly recommend her.
