Benjamin our roofing consultant was excellent. He showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. He took drone photos of the roof. He thoroughly explained the scope of work to my dad in person and then repeated everything to me over the phone because I wasn’t able to be there in person for the estimate. He provided a quote that day and over the next few days responded quickly to all my questions over phone and text, and offered to be available day and night for the rest of the job even though we would be assigned a project manager.
