The Bechtel Team, comprised of Alice and Brent, brings a combined 18 years of experience to the real estate industry. Alice and Brent were very professional and personable. After a couple weeks of informative discussions with them about the whole process and what we needed to do to prepare the house for viewing, we offered them the listing. Alice did a Great job staging the house for pictures and in person showings. Brent went above and beyond by providing and changing out some light bulbs, one of which was 20 feet in the air, outside, under the eave. They provided a professional photographer and videographer to capture the best representation of our home for marketing purposes. When the listing was published, we were leaving on vacation and Alice and Brent committed to being present at every showing so that they could ensure that the property was secure in our absence. Alice continually kept us updated on the number of showings and offer activity.
