Born and raised in Orange County, Nicole knows the Southern California market from all angles, enabling her to offer expert advice to every client — from first-time buyers to sellers, investors, and those who desire luxury properties. “Running a business is not new to me,” Nicole says. She owned and ran a dance studio for 15 years before selling the company to care for her two sons. But once the boys got a little older, Nicole was ready to revisit the business world. Buying and selling a few of her own properties inspired her to become a real estate professional. In a fast-moving, ever-evolving real estate climate, Nicole’s business model is as simple as it is successful. “I love seeing happy clients,” she says. “Helping them in one of the most important transactions of their life is very fulfilling for me.” When she’s not going the extra mile for her clients, Nicole stays busy with her now teenage boys. When she takes some time for herself, she works out and focuses on health and fitness.
